Requirements from Employer

  • Demand Letter and Power of Attorney signed and stamped by the sponsor, attested from Saudi Chamber of Commerce (COC) and Ministry of Foreign Affairs KSA (MOFA). Demand letter MUST indicate block visa number, date, position and quantity. In the event of submitting the letter through an embassy-approved visa service agency, the demand letter should include language authorizing the agency to finalize all visa requirements.
  • Original Contract letter for individual from the Saudi company sponsoring the applicant, certified by both the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • In case of unavailability of above said documents, Employer must have visa delegation to the hired recruitment agency, so agency can proceed officially to fulfil the requirements.

Requirements from Employee

  • A medical fitness report issued by the medical center recognized by the GAMCA. Medical reports must be no more than three (3) months past the date of issuance.
  • Candidates under the age of twenty-one (21) is not eligible for work visa.
  • Original passport (Including all old passports if any)
  • Original CNIC
  • Eight (8) passport size colored photographs on white background
  • Police Verification Report, issued within three (3) months prior to the date of application, with detailed information about applicant’s criminal record, if any. (Islamabad Saudi Consulate only)
  • Family Registration Certificate (FRC) (Karachi Saudi Consulate only)
  • Next of Kin CNIC copy (Blood Relation only)
  • International Bank Account Number (IBAN)
